This 12 week meditation series will explore impermanence and the dying process as a means for waking up and living more fully. In our culture, conversations about death are often regarded as taboo. We don't have any practice in living into the one reality that is certain for all of us - we are dying.
Don't wait for a catastrophe or a diagnosis to take a look at how your are living your life and question what is most important to you. Inspired by the book Being with Dying: Cultivating Compassion and Fearlessness in the Presence of Death by Joan Halifax, this series is open to anyone who is curious and willing to explore. Each class will include a 20-30 minute guided meditation, a reading, and space for students to share their experiences.
