Join me for the third Spring Renewal Retreat at a new house/location in Southern Shores, NC. It will be an intimate gathering of self-havening within community - the best of both worlds. Each morning we will observe silence through lunch to create a container for reflecting, growing awareness and allowing the nervous system to slow down. Daily meditation, movement/yoga, and somatic practices will be offered with plenty of free time to journal, read a book, take a walk, get a treatment, or do absolutely nothing. Afternoons and evenings will be open for connecting with one another, sharing experiences around the dinner table, watching a film, experiencing a sound journey and feeling the fullness of being in community. This is your retreat, you can engage as much or as little as you like, I just ask that everyone participate in the opening and closing circles to create a container of support.

What Is Included

*4 nights accommodations in a luxury oceanfront home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, a private pool and a hot tub. All rooms have king beds, private baths and either private or shared patios - single or double. Two rooms have King Bunk Beds and are available as a double so each person has a king bed.

*yoga, somatics, meditation, breathwork, journaling, reading, beach walks, cold plunge in the Atlantic Ocean, deep relaxation and an abundance of authentic connection.

*3 delicious, mostly plant-based meals served daily prepared by Izzy Golden. Gluten free options.

We will do our best to accommodate other dietary restrictions. Tea, fresh fruit and snacks served throughout the day. Lattes & ginger shots available for purchase.​
